Privacy Notice
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains what SAI Labs, Inc. collects through the beta review service and how we handle it. It is part of the Terms of Service.
1. What we collect
- Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name.
- Content you submit: the papers, code, and related materials you upload for review, and the reports we generate for you.
- Usage information: basic data about how you use the Service.
- Payment: purchases are handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the review service and generate your reports.
- To operate and secure the Service and, during the beta, to evaluate and improve our review system.
- To communicate with you about the Service.
3. AI providers and zero data retention
To generate a review, we send your submission to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI). We do this under zero-data-retention terms, which means those providers do not retain your content or use it to train their models. We do not train AI models on your uploaded papers or data. During the beta, we may use usage data and the generated reports to evaluate and improve our review system.
4. Storage and retention
Your uploads and generated reports are stored in your account so you can access them. We keep them until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your reports or account; you initiate the request, and we will act on it.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies only as needed to operate the Service, such as keeping you signed in and keeping the Service secure. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use service providers, such as cloud hosting and our payment processor (Stripe), to run the Service. Your reports are private to your account, and we will not publish or feature your submission without your permission. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International users
We are based in and operate the Service from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your information through your account or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact us at contact@sai.science and we will respond as required by applicable law.
